About me

I graduated from Bournemouth University in 2022 with a degree in Sports Therapy, and subsequently completed my Master’s in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation at HSU (formerly known as AECC).
For the past two years, I have been working in a clinical setting, supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, performance improvement, and long-term recovery. After building a strong foundation in clinic-based practice, I’m now taking the step into self-employment, allowing me to offer personalised, evidence-based treatment with a strong focus on individual goals and quality care.
I’ve supported athletes in high-performance and high-pressure environments, including pitch-side and training support for Chipping Norton Rugby Club and working with the England U20 Lacrosse team, where I travelled to Poland for the 2024 European Championships.
I’ve also had the pleasure of helping out at some major sporting and charity events, such as the London Marathon with the amazing charity, Freddie’s Future, and providing care at the British Transplant Games.
